I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near the town center, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the friendly and helpful staff to the basic amenities provided in the room. Speaking of the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised to find two comfortable single beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast spread was a delight, with a variety of fresh options to start the day on a high note.
All was fantastic during my stay, no improvements needed.

This hotel was clean and the staff very nice. The food in the restaurants was good as well. The location was very central, and the off-site parking was only a few blocks away (and free!). I recommend this place if you're looking for a clean little hotel in the middle of town, from which you can walk to a wide range of shops and the gorgeous central park.
There were a few problems - like the shower door kept falling off the rail and there was no hot water in the morning, so I had to forego the shower (which was probably fine because the broken door was a problem) but the staff was so gracious and accommodating that they more than made up for the experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. its location was perfect, being very close to the city center and all the main attractions. It made it very convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Lastly, the room was well-appointed with two comfortable single beds, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing we felt could be improved.

Price is good, location is useful - it is 50 meters from one of main streets with all the restaurants and shops. Hotel has 24hour reception which is useful. Breakfast is good enough, although it doesn't contain all ingredients which are normally present on breakfasts of 3star hotels (particularly cheese is only inside a big can with oil - not too useful if you want to make a sandwich). Coffee is terrible and looks like decaffeinated one - doesn't make you wake up at all. Personnel is friendly and helpful.
Rather old hotel which have to be repaired. Old doors, old lift, old tables in the garden where breakfast happens, old rooms and bathrooms - looks like you are in the museum of 195x as it is. Beds were comfortable and looked like there are newer then 195x, but everything else is rather ancient. Parking is free but located 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and streets are very narrow, one way and the direction all the time changes, so you have always to turn. Center on Monte-Catini is closed for cars at night (22:00-06:00 as I remember), and Tonfoni is located in the closed area, nobody have prompted us about this fact - neither in advance, nor when I called hotel asking for how to come to them. Actually everybody who need to go into the center by car - do this, driving right near the fence with signs, forbidding cars to go. Price is good and it was actually the reason why we stayed there. Monte-Catini itself is rather good and rather cheap place. You can go to the sea (Pisa) if you have car - it is about 40 minutes away and 2 or 4 Euro for Autostrada one way.

We loved that this hotel was very close to the city center and a transportation hub. It was convenient for us to explore the city. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were extensive. We even purchased a full-day parking card at the reception, which was helpful. Additionally, the staff, especially La Mamma, were kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was delightful.
Everything great.

Small hotel close to train station and central to the town. Very good price.
Room was above the laundry so there was some noise during the day. The bed was soft but I managed to sleep well. There was no fridge.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with any requests. the location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip, just a short walk from the main attractions. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of pastries and fresh fruits.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations to make them more comfortable. the noise level from the street outside could be heard in the room, making it a bit difficult to sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located close to several popular tourist attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options, including fresh pastries and fruit. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to offer suggestions for things to do in the area.
While the rooms were clean, they were a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. , the Wi-Fi didn't work very well in the rooms, which was a bit frustrating.
